By accessing or using the Trademark Search Services website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Provided

Trademark Search Services provides professional trademark conflict detection and analysis. Our search reports identify potential conflicts between your proposed mark and existing marks in federal, state, and common law sources.

No Guarantee of Registration

A trademark search does not guarantee that your application will be approved by the USPTO. The examining attorney conducts an independent review.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a search order shall not exceed the fee paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in York County, South Carolina.

Electronic Transactions

By placing an order, you consent to conducting this transaction electronically per the South Carolina Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (S.C. Code Ann. § 26-6-10 et seq.).

Refund Policy

Because our search process begins immediately upon order placement, refunds are not available once a search has been initiated.
