What is included in the $999 tier credit toward registration?
If you select the Search + Opinion + Consult tier and decide to proceed with trademark registration through our firm within 7 calendar days of receiving your search report, the full $999 search fee is credited toward the cost of your registration package. You only pay the difference.
Do I need the opinion letter, or is the search report enough?
The search report lists every potential conflict ranked by risk level. The opinion letter adds an attorney's professional analysis of each conflict — including likelihood of confusion assessment and a clear go / caution / no-go recommendation. If you plan to file a trademark application, the opinion letter gives you a defensible basis for your decision.
Can I search a logo or design mark?
Yes. Logo searches use the USPTO Design Search Code system to identify visually similar marks. Pricing is the same across all three tiers. Upload your logo image and describe the visual elements when ordering.
What if I need to search multiple marks?
Each mark is searched and reported separately. Additional marks at the same tier receive a 10% discount. This applies whether you are searching different names, a name and a logo, or variations of the same name.
